2023 Seasonal Water Service Turn On

The seasonal water service turn-on date is approaching for specific properties in the Grandview Beach, Paradise Point and Robins Point areas. The earliest turn-on date in accordance with By-Law No. 2013-38 is April 1, 2023.

Residents wishing to book an appointment to have their water turned-on, may do so by calling Tay Township Operational Services during regular business hours Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 705-534-7248 ext. 230 OR 255. A reminder that a minimum of 24 hour notice is required for all appointments, same day requests are not accepted. The homeowner or representative must be present at the home for the seasonal water to be turned on. Water will not be turned on at a property without someone at the residence.

Please note that it will be a team member of the Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) who will be on site to complete this water service.

This service applies to specific grandfathered properties that have seasonal quality plumbing on private property. These properties pay the same full water rates as all other water users.
