Bids and Tenders

Tay Township is responsible for coordinating the purchase of goods and services and to ensure we receive the best value for tax dollars spent. Our Procurement Policy provides a policy to ensure fair and equitable purchasing practices.

You may register and download current bid opportunities and submit responses as outlined in the bid document.

Bidders are responsible for monitoring the Township's Bids and Tenders webpage for addendums to any bid/tender package. Failure to download an addendum, resulting in an incomplete bid/tender package, is the responsibility of the bidder only.

Information on bids and tenders will be posted on this site as it becomes available.

Should you have any questions regarding a particular bid/tender, please contact the individual noted on the cover of that tender package or contact the municipal office at 705-534-7248 and your call will be directed to the appropriate individual.
