Committee of Adjustment Notice of Meeting File No. 2023-B-13: 430 Pine Street

This is a matter of an application made pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act to the Committee of Adjustment submitted by Helen Pugacheva-Juncal on behalf of 703784 Ontario Limited owners of 430 Pine Street, legally described as Concession 10 East, Part Lot 9, Plan 332, Lots 26 to 28, Part Lots 24 and 25 and Registered Plan 51R43929 Part 1, Township of Tay.

The application seeks to renew the commercial lease agreement for 1013274 Ontario Inc. for the easement from the subject lands municipally known as 430 Pine Street. The purpose of the application is to extend a commercial lease that was originally entered into on September 25, 2000, with an additional lease for a period of 20 years.

The Committee of Adjustment will consider this application on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.

Take Notice that any person may make a submission in support of or in opposition to the proposed consent applications.
