We are seeking a driven, dynamic individual who thrives in a culture of change to lead our Roads and Fleet Services team and related service delivery activities.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable to our growing and evolving municipality and will enthusiastically demonstrate capabilities for making a positive impact on the Corporation and the Community as one. Reporting to the General Manager, Operational Services and working collaboratively with the Leadership Team, the Manager of Roads and Fleet Services oversees the delivery of Roads and Fleet Services related activities of the Municipality. These activities include but are not limited to Roads and Fleet Services team leadership and the responsibility for managing the operations and maintenance of the municipal road network and all right-of-way (ROW) assets including roads, bridges, drainage systems, signage, traffic controls, sidewalks, and streetlights; boulevard maintenance, street trees, and related facilities. This position is also responsible for providing strategic oversight and managing corporate fleet services including the maintenance and repair of all corporate fleet assets, Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR) compliance, and oversight of the Township’s fuel tanks. A complete job description is available at tay.ca/jobs
