Notice of Committee of all Council Meeting change of venue and start time and Notice of Special Council Meeting - August 12 2020

NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS 

COMMITTEE OF ALL COUNCIL MEETING and

SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Tay has rescheduled the start time of its Regularly Scheduled Meeting of Committee of all Council on August 12, 2020 to 1:00 p.m.

And further please take notice that immediately following the Committee of all Council meeting the Corporation of the Township of Tay will hold a SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001 for the purpose of receiving staff reports, and

for the purpose of a Closed Session – Re: Per Section 239 (2) (b) of the Municipal Act,  personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Employee Matters)

Further, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Ontario Regulation 52/20, which restricts the size of organized public gatherings, Council will be meeting remotely by video conference.  The municipal office will not be open to the public for the meetings. Members of the public wishing to observe the portions of the meetings open to the public may do so by viewing the video conference online or by listening by telephone call-in.  Details of the video conference and telephone call-in options will be published with the meeting agendas and will also be at tay.ca/Meetings. 

The meeting agenda will be available online at tay.ca on Friday, August 7, 2020.
