Notice of Passing of a Development Charges By-law

Take notice that the Township of Tay passed a Municipal-Wide and Area Specific Development Charges By-law No. 2019-07 on February 6, 2019, under Section 2(1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O, 1997 c. 27, as amended;

And take notice that any person or organization may appeal to the Local Planning Appeals Tribunal under Section 14 of the Act, in respect of the Development Charges By- law, by filing with the Clerk on or before March 18, 2019 a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the By-law and the reasons supporting the objection.

No key map has been provided as the By-law applies to all lands located within the Township of Tay.

The schedule of the Development Charges (Schedule A and B) imposed by the By-law and a copy of the complete Development Charge By-law is available for examination at the Municipal Office of the Township of Tay located at 450 Park Street, Victoria Harbour, Ontario, L0K 2A0, during regular office hours and online at tay.ca.
