NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Tay will hold a Special Council meeting pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001 on
June 10, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.
to hold the annual general meeting of Newmarket-Tay Power Distribution Ltd. and Envi Networks Inc. Portions of the meeting will be closed to the public due to the confidential trade secrets of portions of the companies’ operations, and to consider a by-law to appoint a seasonal Municipal Law Enforcement Officer.
Further, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Ontario Regulation 52/20, which restricts an organized public event of more than five people, Council will be meeting remotely by video conference. Members of the public wishing to observe the portions of the meeting open to the public may do so by viewing the video conference online or by listening by telephone call-in. Details of the video conference and telephone call-in options will be published with the meeting agenda and at tay.ca/Meetings.
The meeting agenda will be available online at tay.ca on Friday, June 5, 2020.
