Notice: Temporary Albert Street Boat Launch Disruption Saturday June 27, 2026

Tay Township advises residents and visitors of a temporary disruption to boat launching and loading at the Albert Street Boat Launch in Victoria Harbour on Saturday, June 27, 2026. 

From 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., access to the launch area may be limited as it will be used as a staging area for the Canada Day Parade, which begins at 12:00 p.m.

Road closures will also be in effect along the parade route, beginning at the intersection of Wyecliffe Cove and Albert Street, continuing along Albert Street, Richard Street, and Park Street, and ending at the Oakwood Community Centre.
