Notice: Water Distribution System Maintenance October 28, 2025

On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Ontario Clean Water Agency will be completing a wet well pipe replacement on the water distribution system at the 240 Ruta Road Rope Subdivision. 

Water service will be temporarily unavailable to affected properties during this time. 

Due to the nature of the work, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until lab results are received to confirm water quality. 

Residents may experience discoloured water once service is restored. Should you experience discoloured water after the work has been completed, run your cold water for 10-15 minutes to clear the service line. If the water does not clear after this time, turn off the tap and wait 30 minutes and repeat the process.   

Notices from the Ontario Clean Water Agency will be delivered in advance to all affected properties.
