Respectful Parking at Tay Township Cemeteries

Tay Township would like to remind all residents and visitors to respect our cemetery grounds.  

Staff have recently observed an increase in instances of vehicles parking too close to monuments and in some cases, driving directly over burial plots. 

Cemetery roads and parking areas are marked by gravel paths to guide appropriate vehicle access. We ask that all visitors keep their vehicles on the designated driving and parking paths at all times. 

Cemeteries are places of reflection and remembrance, and we thank everyone for doing their part to help maintain the dignity and integrity of these important spaces.
