Tay Township Council and Staff Celebrate Community Volunteers

Tay Township Council and staff gathered today at the Oakwood Community Centre to recognize and celebrate the many volunteers who contribute their time and energy to our community. 

The event was held during National Volunteer Week, which this year highlights the theme “Ignite Volunteerism” and recognizes the important role volunteers play in building strong, connected communities. 

Volunteers are essential to the quality of life in Tay Township. Their contributions support local programs, services and community initiatives that benefit residents across the municipality. 

Council and staff extend their sincere appreciation to all volunteers for their continued dedication and generosity.
