Update: Clearing of dead ash trees on Municipal Lands

Tay Township Operational Services has now completed the removal of dead ash trees located on municipal lands. This work was completed to remove any hazardous trees within our municipal properties. Crews are now moving forward with stump removal and further park restoration at Bayview Park, Forest Harbour Park and Rope Park.

Update: Crews have completed work along the Tay Shore Trail in the Davis Drive and Caswell Road area and will be moving to Waubaushene to work on the sections between Pine Street and Coldwater Road.

Tay Township Operational Services will be removing dead ash trees located on municipal lands, over the next few weeks. The work is being completed to remove any hazardous trees within our municipal properties, stump removal and further park restoration will be completed in the Spring. Crews have recently finished work in Forest Harbour, Rope Park, Bayview Park and are currently working along the Tay Shore Trail in the Davis Drive to Bass Bay Road area.
