Voter Information Letters Have Been Mailed For the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election

Voter Information Letters for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election have been mailed to registered voters in Tay Township and should begin arriving in mailboxes soon. 

Each Voter Information Letter contains a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) and instructions for voting by internet or telephone during the voting period, which runs from 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 13, 2026, until Monday, October 26, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. 

When your Voter Information Letter arrives: 

  • Review the information to ensure it is correct. 
  • Keep your letter, including your unique PIN, in a safe place until you are ready to vote. 
  • Follow the instructions provided to cast your vote by internet or telephone. 

If you do not receive your Voter Information Letter by October 13, 2026 or if the information in your letter is incorrect, please contact Election Officials as soon as possible by calling 705-534-7248 x240 or emailing clerk@tay.ca.
