The Ontario Clean Water Agency has put out the following Communication:
Notice of Resolution Potential Problems – Drinking Water
All users of the drinking water system for Tay Area Drinking Water System
A warning notice under Ontario’s Drinking - Water Systems Regulation (O.Reg 170/03) was issued on June 26, 2023. The potential problem with the safety of your drinking water has been resolved.
Your drinking water supply is now safe for all uses.

Crews continue to work on watermain repairs this morning. As a result, houses from Vents Beach Road up to 14 Bourgeois Beach Road and 15 Bourgeois Beach Road on both sides of the road will experience no water while this work is being completed. Warning Notice Potential Problems - Drinking Water
All users of this drinking water system: End of William Street to Vents Beach Road, Bourgeois Beach Road
This is a warning notice under Ontario’s Drinking Water Systems Regulation (O. Reg 170/03).
A Boil Water Advisory is in effect due to - OCWA Operational Staff are implementing corrective actions as per instructions from the Public Health Unit or the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks, as well as OCWA Standard Operating Procedures.
Please use an alternative source of drinking water or bring water to a rapid rolling boil for at least one minute before use and/or consumption.
This warning is in effect until further notice
