Reporting to Mayor and Council, and working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team, the Chief Administrative Officer/Deputy Clerk (CAO) performs the associated statutory duties of the position, controls, manages and directs the administration of the Township's corporate affairs. Provides leadership to ensure that policies and programs of the Township are implemented and informs Mayor and Council on the operation and affairs of the municipality. The CAO’s key priorities, in alignment with the Township’s values, include overseeing the delivery of services in a manner that is sustaining, best-in-class, compliant, and ensures that the needs of the Township’s Community Members, Staff, Departments, and Council are achieved.
