Notice - Change of Start Time & Venue for June 10, 2020 Committee of all Council Meeting - 1:00 PM by Video Conference

NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS

COMMITTEE OF ALL COUNCIL MEETING

Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Tay has rescheduled the start time of its Regularly Scheduled Meeting of Committee of all Council on June 10, 2020 to 1:00 p.m. following the Special Council meeting.

Further, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Ontario Regulation 52/20, which restricts an organized public event of more than five people, the Committee of all Council will be meeting remotely by video conference.

The municipal office will not be open to the public for this Committee of all Council meeting. Members of the public wishing to observe the Committee of all Council proceedings may do so by viewing the video conference online or by listening by telephone call-in.  Details of the video conference and telephone call-in options will be published with the meeting agenda and will also be available at tay.ca/Meetings.

The meeting agenda will be available online at tay.ca on Friday, June 5, 2020.
