Notice of Change of Start Time and Venue for the April 22, 2020 Regular Meeting of Council
NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS
COUNCIL MEETING
Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Tay has rescheduled the start time of its Regularly Scheduled Meeting of Council on April 22, 2020 to 6:00 p.m.
Further, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Ontario Regulation 52/20, which restricts an organized public event of more than five people, Council will be meeting remotely by video conference.
The municipal office will not be open to the public for this meeting of Council. Members of the public wishing to observe Council proceedings may do so by viewing the video conference online or by listening by telephone call-in. Details of the video conference and telephone call-in options will be published with the meeting agenda.
The meeting agenda will be available online at tay.ca on Friday, April 17, 2020.
