Notice of Committee of all Council Meeting change of venue and start time - September 9, 2020

 NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS

 COMMITTEE OF ALL COUNCIL MEETING

Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Tay has rescheduled the start time of its Regularly Scheduled Meeting of Committee of all Council on September 9, 2020 to 1:00 p.m.

Further, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Ontario Regulation 52/20, which restricts the size of organized public gatherings, Council will be meeting remotely by video conference.  The municipal office will not be option to the public for the meetings. Members of the public wishing to observe the portions of the meetings open to the public may do so by viewing the video conference online or by listening by telephone call-in.  Details of the video conference and telephone call-in options will be published with the meeting agendas and will also be at tay.ca/Meetings.

The meeting agenda will be available online at tay.ca on Friday, September 4, 2020.
