Notice of Intent to remove a holding (h) symbol regarding 379 Rope Boulevard

The Corporation of the Township of Tay will consider a By-law to remove a Holding (H) Symbol not earlier than 7:00 pm on August 25th, 2021 in the Council Chambers located at The Township of Tay Municipal Office, 450 Park Street, Victoria Harbour.
The Township of Tay intends to remove the Holding (H) Symbol from the lands zoned Village Residential (R1) to permit the construction of a single detached dwelling on the subject property, pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, amended.
The SUBJECT LANDS are legally described as Part Lot 16, Concession 12. The subject property is zoned Village Residential (R1) Zone.
A KEY MAP showing the location of the lands proposed to have the Holding (H) Symbol removed is provided with this notice. *Please see attachments
The PURPOSE AND EFFECT of the proposed By-law is to remove the Holding (H) Symbol from the subject property in order to permit the construction of a single detached dwelling on the subject property.
ANY PERSON may attend the Council Meeting; however, as this is not a public meeting per the Planning Act, no public comments will be received.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION regarding the request for removal of the Holding (H) Symbol will be available for inspection between 8:30a.m. and 4:30 p.m., on weekdays at the Township of Tay offices.
