SPECIAL GENERAL GOVERNMENT & FINANCE
COMMITTEE MEETING
Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Tay will hold a Special General Government & Finance Committee Meeting on
July 22, 2020 - 3:30 p.m.
For a Closed Session Workshop – Re: Per Section 239(3.1) of the Municipal Act, for the purpose of educating or training the members (Township’s Integrity Commissioner on the Council Code of Conduct, and related legislation), and
for the purpose of receiving a verbal report - Re: Per Section 239.2.e of the Municipal Act, potential litigation (Tendered Contract Award Considerations).
Further, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Ontario Regulation 52/20, which restricts the size of organized public gatherings, Council will be meeting remotely by video conference. As the Special General Government & Finance Committee Meeting is entirely a Closed Session meeting, viewing of the meeting via video and telephone conference will not be offered to the Public.
The Special General Government & Finance Committee Meeting agenda will be available online at tay.ca on Friday, July 17, 2020.
