NOTICE: Snow Removal and Road Widening Operations Underway

Thanks to a break in winter’s snowfall, our dedicated #TeamTay Operations staff will be actively working to push back snow buildup at corners and widen roadways to enhance safety and accessibility.

Schedule & Locations:

  • February 19, 2025 : Port McNicoll & Victoria Harbour
  • February 20, 2025: Waubaushene & Waverley, followed by additional clearing in Port McNicoll.

Work Hours: 3:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. daily (to minimize traffic disruptions)

*This rotation will continue until work is complete.

In addition to road widening, crews will also work to clear snow around fire hydrants to ensure accessibility for emergency services. If you have a hydrant near your property, we kindly ask for your help in keeping it clear of snow and ice whenever possible. This small effort can make a big difference in an emergency.
