NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Tay will hold a Special Council meeting pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001 on
February 10, 2022
Immediately following the regularly scheduled Corporate Services Committee Meeting at 10:00 a.m. to consider a by-law to authorize the sale of Township owned land (216 Albert Street) and to receive, in closed session, advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
Further, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Ontario Regulation 52/20, which restricts the size of organized public gatherings, Council will be meeting remotely by video conference. Members of the public wishing to observe the portions of the meetings open to the public may do so by viewing the video conference online or by listening by telephone call-in. The meeting agenda will be available online at tay.ca on Monday, February 7, 2022.
