Simcoe County Housing Corporation now accepting applications for the Victoria Harbour Seniors Building

Simcoe County Housing Corporation is now accepting applications for their new seniors building, currently under construction, at 60 Maple St in Victoria Harbour.

Eligibility Criteria: Household income limit $54,500 and asset limit of $50,000 applies.

Note: Assets could b?e things such as real estate, savings accounts, GIC's, mutual funds, stocks, life insurance with a cash surrender value, valuables (collections), stocks, summer cottage etc.

Rent:  $732/monthly, includes utilities (except hydro), parking and laundry.

Applications for initial occupancy are to be submitted by May 31st, 2020.  Expected occupancy fall 2020.

Simcoe County Housing Corporation is also accepting applications for Affordable Rental Units for various locations in Simcoe County.
