Tay Canada Day Celebrations take place June 26th and 27th

Come and celebrate Canada Day in Tay Township June 26 and 27!

Each year, the volunteer group pulls out all stops and organizes two days of non-stop entertainment and this year is no exception. 

FRIDAY JUNE 26 

4:00 p.m. Event Opens  

5:00 p.m. Lion’s Steak on a Bun BBQ  

5:00 p.m. Fabulous Folk Band The Kempencelts  

8:30 p.m. Canada's #1 Jimmy Buffett Tribute Band "Northern Harbour" 

SATURDAY JUNE 27 

11:00 a.m. Vendors 

12:00 p.m. Parade 

1:00 p.m. Opening Ceremonies  

2:00 p.m. The Renaissance Band 

4:00 p.m. Tyler French 

8:30 p.m. North America's Premier Tragically Hip Tribute Band "The Hip Experience" 

Be sure to visit Tay Township’s booths at the Vendors Fair!  

Election Officials will be on site from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to answer questions and provide information about the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election. While you’re there, connect with members of the Tay Township Fire Department Public Education Team, Heritage Committee and Library to discover the many services, programs and opportunities available in our community.
