Tay Community Rink Accepting Private Group Bookings
Register your private group for rental of the Tay Community Rink. The online booking portal will open Monday November 9th at 8:30am. The facility will be booking appointments for November 16th and onwards.

Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions the following will apply to all bookings:
- Maximum of 22 people.
- 40 minute buffer between rentals
- Arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled time and will be given 15 minutes after their time to vacate.
- No shower use at this time.
- Participants will sign a waiver/screening sheet upon arrival
- The paperwork must be completed every time a participant enters the facility for their permitted ice time slot.
- Physical distancing of 2 metres (6 feet) must be maintained at all times, including in the change rooms.
- Masks or face coverings must be worn by everyone entering the facility and may only be removed by participants for on-ice activities.
- One parent/guardian may assist participants under the age of 18 with equipment and tying skates.
- A parent/guardian may stay and watch provided they can maintain physical distancing of 2 metres (6 feet) from others
- If private groups do not adhere to the above protocols/guidelines they are at risk of losing ice booking privileges.
