Tay Guardian Pharmacy providing COVID-19 Vaccines

If you are 40 years or older you can book an appointment to receive the AstraZeneca vaccine at the Tay Guardian Pharmacy located at 115 William Street in Victoria Harbour.

To book your appointment visit www.simcoemed.com and select Guardian Pharmacy.  You will then be directed to the online booking option.

Please note that before you book you must be 40 years old or older in 2021, and have a valid Ontario health (OHIP) card, or other form of valid government-issued identification.
