Tay Shore Trail Winter Maintenance 2024

As the winter season approaches, the maintenance of the Tay Shore Trail, with the exception of three sections, has come to a close for the season. To help protect the trail during the winter months, Township staff have installed winter barrier gates along the Trail to prevent motorized vehicle use.

The following sections of the Tay Shore Trail will continue to be maintained this winter:

• Waubaushene: Pine St. to Coldwater Rd.
• Victoria Harbour: Bass Bay Dr. to Caswell Rd.
• Port McNicoll: First Ave Trail – Davidson St. to Woodlands Ave.

Maintenance of the entire Tay Shore Trail will resume in the Spring of 2025.
