Tay Township Congratulates Tay Canada Day Chair for Leadership and Dedication

On August 23rd, 2023 during the Special Council Meeting, Mayor Walker presented Harry Gerstheimer an award on behalf of Council for his ongoing leadership and dedication to make the Tay Canada Day celebration such a successful and cherished event. 

Harry has spent countless hours over his many years on the committee ensuring that the event goes off without a hitch and is enjoyed by all ages. As Harry will be stepping down as the Chair, but continuing on as a committee member, we thank him for his continued hard work and commitment to providing Tay residents with something to look forward to each year.
