Tay Township lowers flags in memory of 215 residential school children

Tay Township joins communities across Ontario in lowering Township flags to half-mast to honour the 215 children whose lives were taken at the former Kamloops residential school and in memory of all Indigenous children who never made it home, the survivors, and their families.

The flags will be lowered for 215 hours to recognize this tragedy.
